By checking this box, I hereby agree to display my line in the Annual Juneteenth Celebration Fashion Show for a non-refundable fee of $100 that must be paid when submitting sign contract. Your logo must be submitted as well for marketing and promotion materials. The event will be held at the Good Deeds Center located 15101 Madison St., Gulfport, MS on Saturday June 13, 2026 at 7:30 pm. All designers/boutiques must be in the venue by 5pm the date of the show. No exceptions! Failure to comply results in termination of the contract and all fees will be forfeited.

Please check each box to acknowledge your understanding of the requirements listed below:

A minimum of six (6) and a maximum of twelve (12) models are allowed to display your line.

If you choose to use your own models, there is an additional fee of $25 per model.

Each designer/boutique are allowed 3 1⁄2 minutes of runway time

Music selections must be free of profanity or degrading language and cannot be longer than 3.5 minutes. Music must be submitted by May 1, 2026.

Designer/Boutique fee includes:

1 complimentary general admission tickets
Your brand logo displayed on the show’s website
Your brand logo on the backdrop banner
Runway pictures of your line from the show
